ZillowVERIFIEDI purchased my home thru Ryan and he was representing the seller as well. Dual agency or whatever they call it can be tricky, and Ryan was always very upfront and ethical regarding walking that line. In addition, he was helpful as far as many things unique to our area as we were moving from an hour outside of Des Moines so that was helpful. Good communicator, and sent timely reminders so that I provided on my end what was needed so we could have the pretty prompt closing that we were after. Ultimately, we got to spend Christmas in the new house, and I will absolutely use Ryan in the future when its time to start looking at housing for my grown children!

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan is Awesome! Red carpet, or solid GOLD carpet all the way. After coming from Phoenix, where we had a lot of bad service experiences, Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Indeed, Ryan was on top of everything. He personally went out to properties and did facetime with us, as we viewed properties alongside since we were still in Phoenix. Moreover, he is also extremely knowledgeable. He knew almost as much as inspectors do, and was quick to point things out to us. Also the process was totally seamless, and his staff was great to work with. Furthermore, he was very quick to return our calls and texts. He even let me speak with some of his personal staff to get questions answered about titling and tax questions. He went way above and beyond. Lastly, he was so patient with us. We started out wanting to live in a Beaverdale Brick, and then changed our preferences several times, before landing in NW Urbandale, which we absolutely love. So do yourself a favor and use Ryan as your realtor. He is the best of the best, and you wont regret it.

We looked at probably 14 houses before we found the one we decided to call our own. He was quick to point out any issues that may not have been listed on the showing page and would give his recommendations, instead of pushing for a quick commission. You would be hard-pressed to find someone that will take better care of you, whether for your first home or your tenth. He has earned our business, and we will be coming back to him whenever we decide to move.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ryan Rohlf from the very beginning was great. I was a first-time home buyer and did not know where to start. We connected through Zillow when a listing he was representing caught my eye. At that time, I did not have a realtor or a lender. Later that week we met through zoom and he explained to me the entire buying process. He guided me through the process of apply for a mortgage loan and connected me to the correct outlets to do so. Once I got approved, we started viewing homes I was interested in. Ryan did a great job of listening to my wants for a home and finding great listings that fit my criteria. After viewing a ton of homes, I thought I found the one and was ready to put in an offer. I decided the home I thought was the one was not. When I told Ryan, I wanted to pull my offer he was more than understanding. The next day we set up multiple showings including ones that I have already viewed. He was more than patient with me and wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever home I chose. I finally found the home I wanted to make an offer on. After that Ryan talked me through the inspection process in more detail and recommended Stan Hurst who was also a pleasant to work with. When the inspection came back a couple things came up. A few being the shingles were old, the ac unit was past the life expectancy, and the radon level was almost at 4.0. Ryan recommended solutions for those problems to make the deal worth it. Along the way Ryan was always available to answer all questions I had. I would not have been able to purchase my first home without his guidance. I have been closed on my home for about 4 weeks now, and he is still available if I have any concerns. He alleviated a lot of stress through the buying process. I will continue to use Ryan for any real estate needs, and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling!

Luckily, Ryan Rohlf reached out to us months ahead of this to cultivate a relationship should we ever need to move. He helped us get prepared to sell in a hurry, and when it came time to list, we had multiple offers almost immediately. He helped guide us through the pros and cons of each offer, and was an amazing advocate for us throughout the sales negotiation. Even months after closing, Ryan was able to assist in rerouting a package that had been sent to our old address in error. He took time out of his day to pick it up for us and deliver it to a local friend where I could retrieve it when I was able to return to DSM.
