We had a wonderful experience working with Diana to sell our home. From the beginning, she was there to support us as we started getting the house ready for sale. She helped us select colors for the walls and floor, provided contacts as we looked for contractors and came over to check on the results as we completed each step. Her communication was excellent and clear, we knew what to expect every step of the way. We were able to get a solid offer very quickly after listing. Because we were moving out of state, there were a few final closing items we were not able to take care of personally. Diana stepped up and helped find the right contractors and oversaw the final items for us. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Diana.

The worst real estate company . Our experience working with them from beginning to the end was horrible. Unresponsive to phone calls, voicemails, texts, emails. Purchased a home from their listing in San Ramon. The escrow closed a weeks ago they only provided us the key from the lock box to the main door entrance. The Garage remote is missing , the mailbox key is missing, the pool key is missing. When our agent reached out to them about the missing item they never responded to us back. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional this real estate company and their agents are. Purchasing a new home should be an exciting journey but unfortunately for us it has been nothing but frustration because of Lisa and her team.
