The Dillar Group, Keller Williams Realty

Bo's communication, expertise, knowledge and negotiation skills made it smooth sailing during the house hunt, the negotiations and the close. In fact I've never had a better experience buying a home. He's always on top of things. His communication skills are really what impressed me the most. You'll realize you found the right Realtor the moment you meet him. In fact he's handling the sale of my son's home right now. I'll use him again most definitely.

I had a wonderful experience working with Bradley. I originally clicked on a Facebook ad just out of curiosity, and Bradley reached out shortly afterward. From the very beginning, she wad incredibly patientand kind. I told her I wasn't sure what questions to ask, and she took the time to explain everything in plain, easy-to-understand terms. She walked me through what to look for in a home and what steps I would eventually need to take to buy one, all without ever making me feel pressured. Although my timeline for buying a home changed and I wasn't able to purchase a home yet, Bradley immediately helped me create a new plan. I decided to rent for a year before revisiting the buying process, and she fully supported that. She scheduled all my rental viewings, and I think we toured about 8 homes before I found the right one. Throughout the whole process, she paid attentionto what I liked, wanted, needed, and disliked, and offered thoughtful, honest advice on each home we visited. Bradley's patience, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience so much easier for me. I will absolutely be using her as my Realtor when I'm ready to start the home-buying process again. Thank you so much, Bradley!

I cant recommend Bo enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot to learn about the home-buying process, and Bo made the entire experience so much easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things and answer my questions. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and I really appreciated how comfortable and confident he made me feel throughout the process. Buying my first home was such an exciting milestone, and I'm genuinely grateful to have had Bo guiding me along the way. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Working with Ola made buying my first home a much easier and less stressful experience than I expected. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she was always communicative and took the time to break everything down for me so I understood what to expect throughout the entire process. From making sure I got the home properly inspected and helping me avoid potential headaches down the road, to negotiating a fair price on the house itself, I always felt like she was looking out for my best interests. The process moved quickly, but I never felt rushed or left in the dark, and in the end I was able to get the house I wanted without the experience becoming overwhelming. As a disabled veteran, I also really appreciated how helpful Ola was in making sure I understood and took advantage of the benefits available to me. Coming from Northern California, moving to Austin was a big change, but Ola helped make the transition feel easy and showed me why Austin was the right place for me. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Ola to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers or veterans who want someone knowledgeable, patient, and willing to advocate for them throughout the process.

I had a great experience working with Ola. She was very communicative and provided great advice. Scheduling viewings with her was very easy. I would recommend her to anyone and definitely hope to work with her again!
