Xander was great to work with, punctual, and made the process super easy! He helped to negotiate a better price and provide great recommendations for needed services. His professional approach and organization made the whole journey smooth and flawless!

Emily was so easy to work with!! My husband and I had never bought a house before and she really helped us throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone, she is just a very kind, down-to-earth person and we could not be more grateful!

As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to start when I first reached out to Emily. I found her by chance on Zillow and I'm so happy I did. Emily guided me through the entire process with the patience and wisdom that I needed. She was responsive, understanding, and happy to answer my many questions. Emily provided strategies and advice without ever making me feel pressured. I could not recommend her enough! I viewed quite a few homes before I found the one and she was always accommodating and stuck by me. It was all worth it because she helped me find the perfect home and I know it would not have been possible without her!

Xander spent months of time helping me look for a house and came back with new suggestions pretty often. He even negotiated to allow for a VA home loan when needed and talked down the price and helped keep the final cost down.

Xander did an excellent job with the purchase of our house. He found and toured many homes with us and found us the home with everything we asked for including specific requests for recording and rehearsal space which is hard to find in many homes. The process was fast and he negotiated down the final price by a significant margin. I would use Xanders services again when shopping for a new home or a new work space.
