However he is the guy you pick if you want no hassle, no games and to go from start to finish with no set backs. He was very good at identifying potential issues and getting them taken care of before they had the opportunity to get in the way. He also does a fantastic job marketing. Almost every day after our house went on the market we found new websites with our house on it, there was even a youtube video. Go with Dan if you want peace of mind when you sell your home.
