This was a probate property which had several obstacles to over come before the closing date. Tiffany went out of her way to assure everything was being done in order to complete the sale. As my wife Barbara and I were negotiating our early 70s, we decided that moving to a slightly smaller property without pool care and yard maintenance responsibilities was appropriate for us. We started going to open houses and soon encountered a real estste agent that we really liked. Her name was, and is, Kacie Dodson. For the sake of expediency and planning, we had already decided to sell our house to Open Door, but finding the best possible next home for us was most important. We signed up with Kacie and began our journey. Over a period of about 6 weeks, we worked with Kacie, through fits and starts, and ended up with a choice that we believe, after living here for a few days, suits us very, very well. Kacie has a certain brightness. I don't mean just intelligence, though there is plenty of that. We found her personality to be helpful in all situations, always positive and at the same time practical and appropriate. A pleasure to work with, resourceful and unusually competent. Kacie happens to be a young woman having had the experience of being a Division I collegiate athlete. She is a great success story of those who have come out of such programs, i.e. a true student athlete. For those who have not read this commentary who might ask "How do I find a superior real estate agent?" I would say "You just have to be lucky like we were!".
