First off sorry for this super long review. I just have to let you all know! I am a first time home buyer with no knowledge at all of how the home buying process works. Mrs. Bryant took the time to make sure I knew the ropes and introduced me to programs with payment assistance and pre-ownership counseling that I had no idea existed. She really made me feel like I was her only client even though I know I wasnt. Any problems that came up with the loan company as far as documents needed was handled immediately! She was able to get me a amazingly low interest rate and was on top of my inspection report, telling the seller and making sure any problems were fixed before the set closing date. I started my home buying process with Mrs. Bryant Oct. 12th, Found the home of my dreams Oct.21st and closed on the home Nov.23r! She really went above and beyond!! My journey with her was short and sweet only a 30 day process I was so shocked! If ever I sell my home I will definitely be contacting Mrs. Bryant again and I 100% recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home!
