As a first time home buyer, Barb proved an invaluable resource throughout the whole experience. I was moving from my home state, Georgia, to Maryland and was out of my comfort zone when starting the home buying process. Barbs expertise prepared me for a demanding (sellers) market, informed my expectations around what my budget could afford me, connected me with a great mortgage officer, and provided insight into the local of each home we visited. She was always just a call, text, or email away and just as enthusiastic about finding me the right house as I was. I added an additional challenge due to having to travel between Georgia and Maryland, but Barb didnt miss a beat. She was able to provide virtual walkthroughs for me while I was in Georgia and because of this I was able to find the house perfect for me! Closing on the house was much less stressful with Barb at the helm, as she made sure the inspections were schedule and done within a few days. She was there for me every step of the way, and is still readily available to help even now weve closed and moved into our new home! I couldnt imagine buying another property without Barb as my realtor!

Kevin was an integral part of our experience as sellers of our home. From the beginning of the process, he guided us through every step of the way. He was very good at setting a timeline of all that needed to be done to sell the house. At first, he met with us and listened to our hopes and concerns about selling our home. He gave us advice on how to prepare our home for selling it and took care of calling and scheduling contractors for painting and repairs. He was able to schedule these appointments right away. All of the contractors he hired were very professional and did a very good job on the house. Kevin also met with us to discuss how much to list the house for, and he was very knowledgeable about the current housing market and how much houses were selling for in the area. He guided us to strategically list our house at a price that could bring a good amount of traffic of potential buyers to see the house but that was also in the ballpark of what we were hoping to sell for. We had many showings and a successful Open House. We had multiple offers over asking price. We can happily say that the outcome of the sale of our house was very successful thanks to Kevins efforts.
