I was moving from my home state, Georgia, to Maryland and was out of my comfort zone when starting the home buying process. Barbs expertise prepared me for a demanding (sellers) market, informed my expectations around what my budget could afford me, connected me with a great mortgage officer, and provided insight into the local of each home we visited. She was always just a call, text, or email away and just as enthusiastic about finding me the right house as I was. I added an additional challenge due to having to travel between Georgia and Maryland, but Barb didnt miss a beat. She was able to provide virtual walkthroughs for me while I was in Georgia and because of this I was able to find the house perfect for me! Closing on the house was much less stressful with Barb at the helm, as she made sure the inspections were schedule and done within a few days. She was there for me every step of the way, and is still readily available to help even now weve closed and moved into our new home! I couldnt imagine buying another property without Barb as my realtor!
