Greg was a very enthusiastic, understanding and knowledgeable guide in what I consider an industry filled with false advertising and traps. He guided us around in a very small market and short time frame and got us to a nice house in a good neighborhood for a retirement couple. He took great care of our needs and lack of experience and smoothly handled a very questionable seller. After the sale he has been always willing to answer questions.
