ZillowVERIFIED Greg made selling my house such a easy process. Greg was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive. He has a knack for explaining things clearly and organizing information thoughtfully which made making decisions quick and easy. Before the house was put on market he helped me with all the renovations I chose to do including interior painting, exterior pressure washing, kitchen renovation, new appliances, crawl space sump pump and new vapor barrier, and miscellaneous repairs. All work were lined up quickly and finished on time. Once the house was ready, staging was done beautifully and the house was sold quickly at a price I was very satisfied with.

We had the most complicated moving situations on the face of the earth and dragged this man and his team through months of searching. Our needs were so specific, but this team just kept at it until we found the one. Throughout the whole process I never felt as though we were a burden. Greg and Kate understood what we needed and worked tirelessly until we found it. We have purchased several homes in the past and you can tell when someone just wants their commission check, but this was not the case with The Connell Company. They are truly remarkable people that actually care about you getting what you need. Theyre so knowledgeable and they have a great eye for detail. He was willing to do a consultation with me two hours after I reached out and got our home on the market three days after our initial conversation. But what stands out about The Connell Company is how intentional they are about the client experience. Greg brought in items to stage our home. He left small gifts for our little boys after listing photos were taken. He understood that I need a lot of information and that I like to get it quickly and never seemed bothered by my questions, text messages or phone calls. Most importantly, I feel like he really advocated for us, reaching out to the closing attorney and buyer's lender multiple times to get updates and make sure our loan closed on time. I know Greg has a lot of other clients, but I never felt like he was working with anyone besides us. Awesome experience all around.
