Charlie and Havier did an excellent job helping us market and sell our property. They worked as a team to assist in providing resources for prepping the house for sale as well as providing suggestions for prioritizing effort. We listed the house at the beginning of August and had a solid offer in about 12 days. We had failed twice to sell our home. When I first talked to Kevin and The Charlie Brown group we were just over the whole trying to sell our house.
