My wife and I are finalizing the purchase our first home together. We met Ian Van Kooten from the Charlie Brown group at an open house last September when we were first considering relocating from California to Texas. He kept in touch with us since then with updates and homes for us to look at. When we were ready to make our move, he was our first call. We truly could not be happier with the level of welcome, attention, knowledge, and professionalism that he has shown to us. We spent 2 days together going to about 10 houses. If we had a question, he either had thr answer or knew who to contact to get it. When we selected the house we wanted, he reached out to his roof, pool, and window specialists to get us their inputs and put together estimates for some minor repairs. He also gave us a few recommendations for title, insurance, and mortgage brokers to help us connect with trusted people. Cannot recommend highly enough!
