He was one of the first realtors to actually take the time to explain everything to us and made us feel important, not just like any another client. Christa Moser is an outstanding, talented and knowledgeable, real estate agent with Brand Reality. Lisa and I, a nurse and physician couple, are inherently risk-averse and tired to resolve issues related to our condominium. But when we met Christa Moser in March 2025, we were just starting to consider selling and moving to a new home. We met via Zillow real estate brokerage referral line and she quickly arranged to meet us during a viewing of a new condominium project. We previously worked with two outstanding, highly experienced real estate brokers in La Jolla - but both were winding down their real estate careers. Christa was younger but impressed us with her knowledge, respect and politeness. She did not push. We quickly came to understand that she listened carefully and wanted the best for us. She was patient for nine months as we tried to deliberately work through our condo issues. In December 2025, we decided to sell our condominium. Christa quickly got a photographer out to our property and was present during the photo session. After we reviewed the photos, we decided that we needed staging and a new photographer. We arranged for partial stating while she arranged for a Zillow photographer. Open houses were held. She was always so great with being respectful of our home and our schedule and she always followed-up with calls to keep us updated. She was skillful in reviewing comparable sales, selecting the price, negotiating and knowing when to change the price. We sold our condominium for a fair price. Christa continued communication with the buyers real estate agent and helped us respond to requests for repairs and negotiated rent-back. She always had our back. We quickly turned our attention to purchasing another home. Unexpectedly we returned to the new condominium development and found a two bedroom unit that loved and met our needs. Inspections, appraisals, seller concessions, move-in dates were all handled professionally and with tact. New construction purchases are very different than sales of existing homes. For some of the unique aspects of the purchase, she was humble, asked for help and guidance, and closed the condominium purchase for us. She was unflappable. Did I mention that she managed aspects of our purchase during an international visit back home without missing a beat? We moved into our new home March 10th and are delighted that we chose to go through the real estate seller -> buyer process. It wasnt always easy, but it was so worth it! During our time together Christa maintained a kind and genuine personal relationship with us. Christa is someone with whom we want to continue to keep in touch!
