Khrys was recommended to me as a seller and buyers agent. I needed to sell my home and find a new downsized house. The finances were complicated but Khrys took charge immediately and was able to navigate through it assuring me he knew how to handle it and would make it all work. Thats exactly what he did! Ashley help was outstanding. She helped me in every step of the process, from selecting good properties to visit, to managing a dynamic list of properties to visit during the short time that I had available, and helping to negotiate a good and fair deal with the seller.
