The Boulevard Company

Lauren and team are an amazing group to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and supportive. The team had my house sold in 7 days! Dont hesitate to reach out to them!

Most amazing real estate team out there! Lauren and her associates were top notch to work with, they are knowledgeable about the market, have a strategic plan to meet your real estate needs whether buying or selling and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Lauren sold my home in 4 days while on vacation in Italy! Her team stayed on top of every detail and her associate Gigi helped me secure a contract on the home I wanted to purchase. Their hardwork and dedication made my huge life change a smooth transition.

Responsive. Knowledgeable. Fun. Professional. Really knows the Charleston marketplace. Followed her pricing and preparation advice and sold in 10 days. Closed with no issues. Recommended!

When it came time to sell our house in Hamlin Plantation, we wanted a real estate agent that knew our community and the market to help us achieve our goals. Selecting Lauren Zurilla and her team was the right choice for us. Her intimate knowledge of Hamlin Plantation was critical in helping us sell our home.

My husband and I were referred to Lauren Zurilla and Associates by my sister, who is a Realtor in GA. We knew anyone she recommended would be amazing and she was right! We worked with Gigi Lorio as our agent, and she was our perfect match! Immediately, she had us set up on the MLS with homes that checked our boxes beautifully. She showed us 10+ houses before we found our perfect one! Through the entire process, Gigi and her team were remarkable. They kept us updated on everything and handled every single thing that came our way! As the buyer, she ensured our home was exactly what had been agreed upon prior to closing, and she truly went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Gigi and the entire Lauren Zurilla and Associates Team! I can't say enough! Amazing team!
