She was attentive, caring, insightful, patient and most of all encouraging throughout the entire home buying process. She communicated frequently with new listings, updates on offers, upcoming listings and things to consider. She knew what area we wanted to be in and was familiar enough with each neighborhood we looked in to answer each of our questions. She took the time to learn what was important to us and never offered a suggestion that didn't fit those key items. She became like family and genuinely cared about our overall happiness. There was no job too big or too small and jumping in when I needed her but didn't know to ask was something she was amazing with! We were looking for a newer or new construction home, and Caroline had extensive knowledge of some of the neighborhoods that we were interested in viewing. From the start, she was very nice, funny, and enthusiastic. We both got the sense that she was really interested in learning about us and what we wanted in a new home. Once we had decided on a neighborhood, Caroline was with us every step of the way. She helped us through the initial planning and lot selection (and provided lots of good insight during this process). She was also instrumental in taking the stress off of us during the build process. Her communication skills are absolutely first-class. She was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. Caroline was also aggressive in getting answers from the mortgage company, home builder, etc. when we (the buyers) weren't getting anywhere fast. She was by our side even down to the end when we had several headaches in the final few days before closing (imagine having your loan processor fired two days before you are to close and a new set of conditions requested by the mortgage company....Caroline helped us get through that process with a minimal amount of stress). After such a wonderful experience with Caroline, I would absolutely recommend her for any real estate needs.

The house was sold after only 59 days on the market. We were exhausted and frustrated (and I was ill!). Stephanie had offered her help for days, yet we declined it, thinking we had everything set up. Finally, on the day when the new owners were moving in, Stephanie took charge: she picked up boxes of all sizes, packing tape, bubble wrap [we heard a story that somehow about 50 feet of bubble wrap was trailing her to the checkout counter;)] and arrived at the house ready to get the job done!! She set us about to do other projects as she, with great care and efficiency, packed up our still-cabineted kitchenware, then moved on to neatly pack up our linen closet. Stephanie saved the day, helped settle our extreme stress and after all that sweaty packing and arranging of tasks, she would not leave until she made certain that Larry & I changed our short-term accommodations to a hotel that she considered a safer option that the one we'd chosen in advance!! I cannot find all the wonderful words to express our appreciation and gratitude for Stephanie's dedication and personal attention, to keep the process going smoothly and in the end, when we were so worried and exhausted!!
