We had an excellent experience working with Silvano. We had an aggressive goal of selling our condo and buying a single family home in Dublin. Silvano helped us find a home in our dream neighborhood, and we worked with his team, especially Ashley, on getting approved for a loan to buy the house before selling our condo. We were able to beat out a higher offer through his negotiating. On selling the condo, despite a very challenging condo market for sellers and competition with other condos in our community, we were able to find a good buyer for us and close on the sale with little drama. Throughout this process Silvano was on top of communicating with us, and transparent with our gameplan.
