Silvano helped us find a home in our dream neighborhood, and we worked with his team, especially Ashley, on getting approved for a loan to buy the house before selling our condo. On selling the condo, despite a very challenging condo market for sellers and competition with other condos in our community, we were able to find a good buyer for us and close on the sale with little drama. I finally decided that it was time to settle and buy a home, but I had no idea what to do. I started my search for a home not knowing much of the process of buying a house except for what I had read online or heard from someone.
