This was my fourth home buying experience and by far the most memorable one. Back story; I was in the middle of applying for a mortgage, selling my townhouse, looking for a new house, just landed an new job 40-miles away from my future dream house, and then I landed in the hospital for 12-days with pneumonia and we were 48hrs out from closing. To say that Dalton went above and beyond to secure my house,(had appraisal and negotiation issues), is a understatement. Dalton, was able to get me to closing, with barely 24hrs to spare to closing date.
