Review My wife and I decided to sell our home just before the COVID_19 craziness. Daniel McClure and the Awaka group took every precaution necessary to protect us and any potential clients as we prepared, listed, and showed our home. They weighed all the options available and considered our input and considered our concerns before listing our homes and the end result was well worth it. The Awaka group offered us several options and services with the sale of our home. We chose the cleaning service and this saved us a lot of time and a huge headache in a chaotic time. Daniel kept my wife and I apprised of all issues and findings throughout the sale process. He called me weekly (on Monday) with an update on the market and our listing. Knowing that both my wife and I work random schedules he would change his call dates and times to insure we werent busy and if we were, he was always available when we returned his call. Additionally, he was always reachable by text or email. In addition to Daniel, his team was a huge comfort to have. On more than one occasion, we needed to drop off needed item as part of the process, Danielle Nuno came to our home and retrieved these items to save us a trip to their office and keep us from having to venture out during COVID restrictions. His office staff made all documents available to esign to further protect us from unnecessary contact with other in a stressful time. On the date of the closing, all documents were prepared and ready making the closing time short and painless. I was in and out of there at closing in less than 15 minutes. This is a huge improvement over the typical hour or more I was expecting based on previous experience.
