The Alms Group Real Estate

I have worked with Adam for many years. It is easy for me to say that he is knowledgeable, proactive, engaged, and responsive on each and every one of his transactions, regardless of size. I know when Adam is associated with a transaction, he will do what he says and perform his work with expertise and ease. He is also a great guy to know and is happy to discuss all things real estate with potential buyers ans sellers.

Tray was an awesome guy to work with throughout our selling process. He gave us very helpful advice on preparing the home to go on the market, and how to navigate some unique challenges that came up. Ultimately we were very happy to have him in our corner through the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Tray Schmidt is an outstanding realtor. I used his expertise to buy and sell homes. His understanding of the process is reassuring, he handles all surprises with knowledge and confidence. His patience is endless. In total he showed me over 20 houses and helped me find the right fit.

Tray did an amazing job, and often above and beyond. He was kind, helpful, and professional. We couldnt have asked for a better agent for first time home buyers. My wife and were moving to Kansas for a job opportunity from Texas. We are first time homebuyers and we came in with FHA funding, which I have come to understand can cause a couple of headaches in the process, but Tray was able to navigate the process seamlessly. Furthermore, Tray was extremely thoughtful in helping us find our footing in the community, and always willing to go above and beyond. We couldnt have asked for a better Real Estate Agent.

Finally writing this review! So glad my son in law recommended Tray Schmidt with the Alms Group! During our family visit to Kansas, there was piece of land that we wanted to see and sadly it went off market. Because of Tray's due diligence we were able to make an offer and purchase the land. Since we lived out of state, Tray helped us through the entire process, kept us informed every step of the way and even had the well tested for us! We could not have done this without Tray and we highly recommend him! Can't wait to start our new chapter in life and we owe it to Tray!
