ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Adam for many years. It is easy for me to say that he is knowledgeable, proactive, engaged, and responsive on each and every one of his transactions, regardless of size. I know when Adam is associated with a transaction, he will do what he says and perform his work with expertise and ease. He is also a great guy to know and is happy to discuss all things real estate with potential buyers ans sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED I have complete confidence in giving my full endorsement. He is an incredibly impressive agent and I highly recommend for first time buyers. Thank you Adam for such a great experience! The most frequent advice I was given before starting the journey of purchasing my first home was to find an honest, competent and skilled agent to help throughout the process. I was recommended Adam through some networking channels and had high hopes with some of the endorsements he had. It was evident within a few minutes of our first phone call that he lives up to the hype. I expected his unparalleled knowledge of the local market, organization and professionalism, but what I did not expect was for him to satisfy my desire to receive a mentor in such a complete way. I am active duty army which only allows me about 3 years at this property in Manhattan. Once I head to my next assignment, this property will turn into a rental. Adam kept this fact in mind throughout the whole process and narrowed our house hunt accordingly. While we looked, he willingly took me under his wing and broke everything down so I could make the most educated decision every step of the way. As we progressed, he continued to feed me more information to digest and learn. While this may not be the goal for all, it is important that I note that he has the ability to understand his client and tailor each experience to fit the clients needs. In the end, he made my house buying experience exciting and relieved the stress of moving to another new unit.

ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Adam through a mutual friend. I wasnt super serious to start the home buying process, but it was definitely a goal of mine since I absolutely started to detest living in my apartment. So, I thought finding a realtor would be the first step and then I would just wait until I found something to casually look it. It must have been fate because not long after Adam and I had our first meeting and we talked about the game plan of were to be looking, thats when my house popped up. We viewed a few, but I was really drawn to the one I ended up buying and Adam helped me every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer, Adam took my crazy questions and concerns with such professionalism and patience, he is a godsend! I cant believe it only took me a few months to buy my first house and really appreciate getting hooked up with Adam and the ALMS Group; you will not be disappointed with them!

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledgeable, personable, persistent, and professional- Adam has it all. He navigated me through my first home buyiKnowledgeable, personable, persistent, and professional- Adam has it all. He navigated me through my first home buying experience with purpose and direction that never left me needing more information or attention. In a fast moving housing market like Manhattan, Adam seized the initiative and helped me find multiple properties on short notice, arranging showings, and diligently walking me through pros and cons of each. Aware of my desire to potentially rent in the future, Adam worked up rental estimates I could expect based on analysis of historical data for each prospective property. When we zeroed in on the property that was the right fit, Adam wasted no time drafting up a proposal and working throughout the entire process of the home buying to come to equitable terms with the seller. In the end, I was extremely pleased with the outcome and got an incredible value on my home. Additionally, Adam is well connected in the local community, which is still assisting me to this day as I worked on projects for my home. His Company, Alms Group, also heavily contributes to the local school systems with profits from their Company. Going with Adam is a sure thing.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was great, listened to our needs and worked with us until the right place became available. Very friendly, and made my wife feel comfortable with saying no when things weren't exactly the way she really wanted them (payed dividends for me). This made the process painless as we went through and scoped out places and also enabled us to have clearer lines of communication to look at places we were really interested in. We did switch to him from another Realtor who shall not be named. Adam's attitude fixed many of the concerns that had developed out that relationship as well. We've been in the house for a year now and if we do end up selling it, he'll be our Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was excellent. I knew for several years before selling my home, that he would be the one to do it. He was invaluable in getting my house on and off the market that he knows quite well. Adam also helped us find and buy our new home. He showed us many houses, many times, and really listened to what we were looking for. We finally found our dream home and had to act quickly. Adam was all over it. He really helped us plan and navigate that stressful time between selling and buying.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I came to Manhattan to look at properties, but did most of our transaction from a distance. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, tenacious, and made us feel that we were important. He was very patient answering endless emails and questions over the phone. He went to the property during inspections, etc. that as purchasers would have/should have done but couldn't easily due to our proximity. We strongly recommend Adam to anyone...first time buyers and "seasoned" investors. We've dealt with several realtors over the years and Adam is by far the best in our experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was very knowledgable and helpful every step of the way. We ran into a few hurdles along the way with the appraisal of our home, but Adam worked diligently to get us through it. He even came out on a Saturday and spent his whole day helping us put up a fence that the appraiser was requiring be put up before closing. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone in need of a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying a house with Adam as our agent. He is extremely knowledgable and honest. He would let us know if a certain area had a stigma, if he thought the houses value would stay stable/increase/decrease, ect. He keeps an open eye for anything that comes available that he thinks you would be interested in, which is how we found the house we are purchasing. You can definately rely on him. This is our first home and he has taken us through the entire process explaining everything in terms we can understand. He offers his reccomendations on offers and areas, but does not push you to do anything you are uncomfortable with and leaves the decisions up to you. I would email him any time of the day/night that a question came up and he would be very prompt in getting back to me.He is also relaxed and funny, which helps lighten the mood during such a stressful time!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a house that was afforadable, but still had character and was located in good part of town. I had looked at a few other houses before meeting with Adam and had no luck. Whenever I found a house I wanted to see I would just shoot him an email to ensure a time would work to see a house and he would set everything up! He knew Manhattan and the surrounding area very well and was able to recommend the type of neighborhood and home that would be perfect for me. My parents helped me a lot. They had tons and tons of questions, often resulting in long viewing of homes. Any question he answered happily or found the answer quickly. He was great to work with and helped with all the little and big things!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was a delight to work with on our purchase of a Town home in Manhattan. In the beginning of our search, we really didn't know what we could afford, or what was available. We only knew that we wanted a west side location in or close to Manhattan, KS. Adam was great about sending us a number of options and showed us about 6 houses or town homes. Adam was professional and respectful of the fact that this is always a major decision. He helped us navigate the process. We never felt pressured or manipulated towards our choice, and he provided answers to our questions throughout. I can highly recommend Adam if you are searching for a new home. I would work with him again.
