My husband and I cannot recommend Gary and Kathy enough! We had never sold a house before and they walked us through the entire process! They gave us great guidance on how to clear out and prep the house, they answered all of our questions (we had a lot), and they provided great professional counsel. They did a great job pricing our house and explaining how they reached that conclusion, really demonstrating a solid understanding of the market and area. Our house sold incredibly quickly and I truly believe it was because Gary and Kathy helped us prepare it, knew how to price it and how to best market it.
