When I was ready this year to sell it and buy a new home, I knew they were the team to call. They are excellent in their communication and very responsive to any questions. When I saw the listing of my dream home on Zillow they were able to get me into a showing right away, and advised me on a strong but fair offer which got me the home even in the midst of a lot of buyer competition. When it came to selling my first home, they made the process so easy and seamless which resulted in it selling quickly and above my asking price. Their operations manager, Tina is was incredibly kind and quick in communication. The whole team is a dream to work with! It?s nice to be able to have knowledgable people you can trust. After we moved out, they bent over backwards to get our old home not only cleaned up, but freshened up for todays market, all while we were too far away to be directly involved. Gary has a background in home renovations/construction, so it was awesome to be able to walk through houses with him and get a good feel for the quality and condition of the home as well as any upgrades we could do in the future.
