Susan Batterton and her team were a God sent to my mom. She wanted to sell her house but was having such a hard time navigating the ins and outs with the Building Department in order to legalize code requirements on a house that was over 100 years old. Multiple permits needed to be filed, plumbers, electricians, contractors needed to be hired. I live in another state so there was only so much that I could do to help her. It was one issue after another. My mom is 80 years old and was not only overwhelmed, but also lacked the know-how required to address all of these issues. It took no time for my mother to receive and accept an offer above asking!
