If you are in the market to buy or sell a home in Alamo, I highly recommend Andrea Scott. When our daughter passed away from cancer, we were faced with having to sell her beautiful home in Alamo. Before her death, our daughter insisted we contact a realtor with experience in the Alamo market so as to get the best price and she handed me a flyer with Andreas information. Upon her death, my other daughter contacted a couple of local agents and did some online research. She then met with Andrea and was very impressed and excited by her professionalism, energy, marketing plan, and knowledge of the local market. Andrea provided all she promisedaEUR|and more! Within a few days she had a photographer at he house and produced an outstanding, high quality brochure and virtual tour. She held a Saturday AND Sunday open house and had a full price offer three days later! Andrea also represented the buyer. We went through the entire escrow without ever being asked for more are than our signatures. For that I thank both Andrea and the buyer. Andrea then went above and beyond her role as agent clearing the house of the final items and conducting the estate sale herself so as to lift that burden from us in our grief.
