The Agency

We just sold our house and had such a wonderful experience working with Michael, Bianca, and Emma. From start to finish, they were incredibly communicative, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Selling a house can feel overwhelming at times, but they consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure everything stayed on track. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. Were so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Mario Aceves and Michael Grady were our agents as we navigated buying our first home, and they couldnt have delivered a better experience. From answering many questions at all times of day, touring countless homes, placing competitive offers, and guiding us through the escrow process, we always felt supported and armed with the best insight. Could not recommend more!

Michael and Emma were exactly what you want in an agent team. Incredibly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and intuitive when it mattered most. They led with advice over agenda at every turn, and it showed in the outcome. Would work with them again without hesitation.

Michael and Emma were outstanding. Knowledgeable, courteous, unbelievably helpful in every aspect of the sale. They went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for us. I highly recommend Michael and Emma at the Agency to anyone who wants to sell their house

Working with Emma and Michael was truly a pleasure. Emma's experience and knowledge regarding the west LA market was not only impressive, but incredibly comforting for someone who knows little about the nuances of residential real estate. Her ability to match such expertise with empathy and a profound understanding of our goals, fears, and financial parameters made the process easy. She didn't just respond to our inquiries and questions, she also proactively answered questions and gathered data that we wouldn't have known to ask for. Most importantly, she was great with the other side and used her expertise and interpersonal skills to fight for our positions without being combative or disrespectful. It is clear Emma is well respected by everyone in the space, whether they are working with her or opposite of her. We will continue to use Emma going forward and recommend her to anyone looking for their next home or apartment in Los Angeles.
