ZillowVERIFIED After trying without success for almost 6 months to rent my Santa M luxury home, I finally decided to hire a professional agent. I had been resistant in thee past since my experience was that many agents simply put the listing on the MLS and wait for another agent to rent the property. Upon meeting Michael and Natalie, they shared that their approach is very different. They said they would aggressively market the property to thousands of local agents as well as engage both social and traditional media PR campaigns. While I thought it was just the usual real estate agent pitch, I took the chance. To my surprise, Michael and Natalie exceeded both the promises they made and my expectations. They got tremendous media coverage in both local and international publications. They sent several emails to over 6,000 local real estate agents. Within just two weeks after I gave them the listing, they found a great tenant who signed a lease. I was so impressed that I have already referred several people to Michael and Natalie to list their properties. I am happy to personally provide a reference for anyone interested in using them. There are lots of great real estate agents out there, but you would be making a major mistake not to at least consider Michael and Natalie.

In terms of experience, efficiency, integrity, connections, knowledge of intricate financial mechanisms and just being an all-around good dude, I have nothing but the highest praise for him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who specializes in westside neighborhoods. He and his amazing operations manager Natalie Courtright helped me find a home as a buyer: an often frustrating search (thanks to bonkers market conditions) that lasted from February to June of this year. He used his deep, street-by-street and sometimes house-by-house familiarity with Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Venice, Mar Vista and Culver City to steer me towards the places he thought would fit my specific needs. He leveraged his connections to show me homes before they hit the market. Over time, we got to know each other better and he and Natalie refined their search criteria until, toward the end, it was almost like a mind meld honing in on specific pockets of specific neighborhoods. Perhaps most impressive (given my past experiences with realtors) is what he didnt do: never tried to upsell me. Never rushed. Never did he encourage me to settle for a sub-optimal property simply because housing inventory at my price range is so tight (which at several points I was ready to do). I never felt manipulated aEUR" lets face it, when youre in the middle of these transactions you are at the mercy of your broker and there are some bad players out there. Moreover, whenever I got outbid or discouraged, or a selling agent would pull some sketchy move foiling my offer, he and Natalie always remained steadfast. Michaels advice was always the same: aEURoeDont worry. Youre going to find the perfect house for you.aEUR? I dont want to neglect Natalie. She is the picture of competence. She walked me through many properties, asking the selling agents all the right questions and was always super punctual, communicative to my numerous questions and cheerful. She can do a DocuSign faster than any human alive. She is awesome. In the end, Michael suggested I check out a property listing higher than my ceiling, confident we could get a significant reduction in price. Thanks to his acumen and deft negotiating, we got the seller to come down by $160,000 which, if you know this market, is nothing short of totally flabbergasting! For what it is worth, I have never written a review for anything or anyone. But I feel real gratitude for Michael and Natalies work. In the end he proved as good as his word. I found my perfect house.

ZillowVERIFIED Rude and ego. I reached out as a buyer trying to buy a home in Los Angels. He was late for 20 minutes for our first showing, no apologies, no explanation. And we did not get into the home denied by the construction crew. Wasted my 1 hour of time. The next time we met virtually, he said his busy he is with a lot of high end clients and he said he didnt want to sacrifice his family time to show me a home if I dont like it from the pics online. How am I supposed to know before I saw it. He asked pof to show, which I understand and requested a formal letter from my bank. But the scanner is down so I asked for a fax line to send. He said he was gonna ask if they have a fax or not but no response for 2 weeks until I checked with him. He said no fax line. We wasted another two weeks for a nonexistent fax line. The only home he sent after the initial showing is 750k above my budget. He claimed he sent other options but I didnt get anything in the same email account. 40 days of buying process with him I didnt see a single house and made zero progress.
