From our first contact, Paul has been an absolute stellar professional to work with. His attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, and willingness to go above and beyond put Paul in a category all his own. I needed help leasing a rental property while I was out of the country and many time zones away. I have had issues in the past with communication because of these challenges, but with Paul, I hardly even noticed. He handled issues with ease and provided invaluable insight throughout the process that helped me land a quality tenant. I will not hesitate to work with Paul again in the future and offer my strong recommendation to anyone considering working with him for the first time.

Paul helped my wife and I search for and buy a new home in Medford. He was extremely professional and very responsive throughout the whole process. Paul's knowledge of construction helped us navigate efficiently while negotiating the repair list for the home. During the negotiation process he advised us on the best way to approach asking for certain repairs/credits which we were able to successfully get. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for an agent here in NJ.

As a first time home buyer, Paul and his team were always available to answer my questions and offer guidance, making the home-buying journey smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend him and will be using them in the future.
