Such as, due to his pricing strategy the house sold Day 1and ended up $23k over asking with an AS-IS buyer! WOW! The Twp is very strict issuing Cert of Occupancies and Paul did the heavy lifting getting forms completed, fees paid and inspections scheduled. But a quality of Paul's worth noting is his calm demeanor due to experience. Every time I spoke to him my stress level dropped. He made things easy. He was always quick to respond. I would use him again in an instant.

We really appreciated that he wasn't in a rush, he understood the magnitude of this step to first time home buys. we worked Paul on finding a house for so long that our children started referring to home as Uncle Paul. Not only did he go above and beyond for me, but he was always punctual, responded to every call and text within reason, stayed up late to view properties with me, was consistently honest (even when I became a bit stressed), sent me homes specific to my request (and my taste are extremely specific), and negotiated every detail I requested. There wasn't a single moment I didn't feel he was in my corner and didn't have my best interest at heart. This man made a very stressful experience into a for filling one, and I'm truly grateful. ZillowVERIFIED Paul was very helpful and honest when he was showing me properties. He also never showed me homes that were not in my budget. He also was very honest, he would let me know if a home was listed too high. He would call the listing agents and talk to them about the list prices and if they were not willing to negotiate we would not waste time and go look at those property. Believe me that saved so much time and we just focus on homes that sellers were willing to negotiate and homes that met my family's needs. I even came back after I close on a home and program a new garage door opening that he brought with his own money, because the sellers didn't provide one. He also program it to my car, he is a great person you should definitely hire him.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to begin with and contacted him a little early with still living in Europe at the time. Paul thought outside the box and brought up comps of home similar to ours in nearby communities took the condition our home and came up with a price way above suggestions from other realtors who primary concern was price per sq. foot. The photographer he uses is an artist and the description of our home in the listing was outstanding. Our house sold after only four days with multiple offers!!! There was a long period of time between signing the contract and the actual closing and Paul's communication was excellent. At the closing he saved us several thousand dollars by pointing out the transfer tax was not based on the senior rate. You won't regret using Paul Chick and his office to sell or buy your home.

My wife and I were first time home buyers who recently moved to NJ from out of state, so we had very little background on the area. And while we had done our research, we really didn't know what to expect and we were quite apprehensive about the whole process... particularly with finding a discerning and trustworthy agent who would take the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, ask the right questions (especially the ones we could easily miss), identify areas of risk that would be of concern to us and represent our interests as though he were representing his own. Paul put us at ease and was 100% there for us throughout the entire home buying process.
