Sandy Bolt was our first ever real estate agent that we dealt with. If I had to choose an agent all over again, I would definitely go with Sandy. She is very knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic, easy going and very approachable person, just to name a few. On few occasions we were able to drive around in the same vehicle and during that time Sandy would answer our numerous questions and tell us anything else we wanted to know. Her responsiveness was extremely fast and she would get on the info right away as it came along. She was also very flexible time wise. Sometimes we stayed up late looking at houses but we never felt like she wanted to wrap up with us so that she could go home already. Sandy doesnt give up easy. If there was a house we really liked but there was a price issue or anything else, she would do above and beyond of what was requested of her. I also loved her professionalism and aEURoeinside knowledgeaEUR? in communicating with other agents. I cant say it enough, but she was just a great great agent and we are so happy that we went with Sandy in the process of buying our very first home. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone and I know that you wont be disappointed. I know that for all of our future real estate needs and the needs of our family and friends, Sandy will be the agent we go to, no question about it.

We were looking to buy a good house in a short period for a great value. Given these needs, Sandy was a perfect partner. First thing to note about her is that she can really match the home buyers enthusiasm. Home buying is a emotional experience and one can sometimes be impatient and tend to overdo the search, which I did. But she was always supportive and willing to go with me at short notices with no complaints whatsoever. Secondly, she has great knowledge when it comes to upgrades in the house - she can make valuable suggestions or help you assess the value of a particular upgrade in the house so you can judge appropriately. Finally, when it comes to actually making the purchase transaction, she is a great adviser with respect to making an offer or subsequent negotiations as she understands the industry very well.
