Having used other realtors in the past, I had given up on realtors. Paul renewed my hope in realtors and in people. Paul listed my home, a unique property, then aggressively marketed it. He made a 360 walk through video and sought to fully understand / explain the benefits of the unique characteristics of my property. Immediately, showings with pre-approved buyers were coming multiple times a week. Every time, one of his agents came to my home just prior to the showing to ensure everything was perfect. Within hours I would get a follow up phone call from Paul telling me about the showing. He was encouraging and tried multiple approaches. Finally he found the perfect buyer and negotiated through difficult challenges to finalize the sale. Paul is the finest agent I have ever worked with. He will not disappoint.

Paul Teasdale is a real jewel. When we told him what we were willing to sell the home for, he challenged that idea, and said that it was worth much more than that. We were very surprised when he sold the home for $30,000 more than asked at first. He was enthusiastic and upbeat (as he always is) when he presented the home to the eventual buyer. She challenged the price and said he would never sell it for that much in an industrial area: He surprised her when he retorted: "Oh, yes, I'll sell it. If not to you, then to someone else; and I'll sell it soon!" The buyer then remonstrated that the "home was a pile of junk, and it would fall over if you leaned against it." Paul was unruffled and kind when he replied "Well, ok, but if you want it, you know the price." Paul is hard working, enthusiastic, upbeat and personable. He is honest and dependable too. Someone who had known his for a very long time described him as being "honest to a fault". He demonstrated this when he refused to divulge the monetary value of the offers that came in from other sources; he refused this even when potential buyers offered him money to divulge the information. He refused their bribes; but he was quick to let them know how much foot traffic there was through the home, and each time an offer was made he would give the buyer another chance to up the ante if she wished---which she did several times. Paul was quick to let us know whenever negotiations were taking place, an was equally willing to defer to our wishes on any question. He moved into action quickly, and was willing to give excellent advice and even helped us physically when it became necessary. His enthusiastic personality and physical presence led us to select him as our realtor and his excellent performance outdid our loftiest expectations. If you are looking for a really GOOD real estate agent, you've found your man!
