Ken was so patient with us, scheduling one house tour after another and submitting offer after offer for us. ZillowVERIFIED I had a Real Estate license for many years as well as being an investor. Therefore I am picky about my agent. We successfully won the bid for our current home in a hot market because Ken's advice on purchase price was exactly right. We sold two condo's in a tough area for $15,000 to $20,000 above the going rate. Ken not only pushed the price for us, but he did extensive research that was shared with the appraiser to help the appraiser see the reason the price should be increased. He made sure he was present when the appraiser was there. Ken Bulpitt has served me well and always been willing to go the extra mile for me and for my friends to whom I referred him. He has done extraordinary things to make sure the sale finishes. My friends left Utah and their pipes broke, flooding their floor just before closing and he dealt with it! Closing on time and without further problems.

He was always proactive in looking for houses that met our requirements and he respected our pricing boundaries. So I always felt in the loop and part of the decision making. Timing is everything, especially when you have a contingency offer and a chain of buyers and sellers. Ken was expert in managing the time lines and working with all other parties. We were also able to sell above our listed price and buy for a good deal. We are beyond happy with the service and expertise that was provided. I'm quite certain things would not have worked out as well if we had not had Ken as our agent. I would highly recommend him!

I can't think of a better person to have with you when going through this process. He also helped my son sell his house during a divorce settlement and was kind and sensitive with him and his wife during that challenging time. Ken got us top dollar for our properties and was remarkably responsive the entire time. He never left us hanging. I would recommend him to anyone!

He made sure we wouldn't waste our time on houses that didn't fit our needs/wants. He worked so well with the seller's agent and our lender that we closed earlier than expected. He negotiated all parts of the deal, getting us the best deal possible. He even helped with our little kids when we would look at houses and signed documents.
