Tammy Mitchell Hines and Co

Jane Kolmer did the most amazing job pricing, getting 2 of our houses and our 10 acre property under contract and sold fast, all in 3 months time. Jane is superior on pricing and told us precisely what to do to get the most value for our homes. As well as what not to do to save money. She is very knowledgeable and educated in land and property. We benefited from it greatly. Janes valuable advice saved us a fair amount money when preparing each home for the market. Her expertise was showed when we sold all 3 houses and property over appraised value. Janes wisdom is unmatched! We appreciate Jane and the Tammy Mitchell Hines Team as we looked for over 4 years for our forever home. I would recommend Jane and the Tammy Mitchell Hines Team every time. They are professional and will get results.

Cody was super helpful! He helped us buy our first home, He was always super responsive and got back to us within the day, he was super friendly and amazing to work with, I would recommend working with him 100%. Loved working with him, I would definitely work with him again!

From my 3 home buying experiences, Cody is by far the best agent I had the pleasure to work with. He was present and involved throughout the whole buying process and then after closing. He was always willing to work and resolve any issues at any time. I was impressed by his level of commitment to his buyers. Also very knowledgeable and his job and processes that are involved to get ,e the best advise possible and to answer all my questions. If I have to buy another property I will definitely contact him. Thank you Cody for your dedication.

Cody is client focused and works diligently to ensure that expectations are met. His responsiveness and advocacy are second to none. He was with my wife and I throughout the difficult process of purchasing our home in a highly competitive market.

Very quick on responses. Got me what I needed for the home purchases within quick and reasonable times. Visited a couple houses with him bought the best one at a good deal. Closing process was very smooth. Would recommend to any new homebuyers in the area!
