ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with one of the team members, Logan Goff. Our experience was very positive. Tammy Mitchell Hines and all of her staff are very informative and easy to count on. The house hunting process is very stressful, but our minds were put to ease because we had a team on our side who only wanted the best for us. I highly recommend Tammy Mitchell Hines and her staff.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I bought our first home at the beginning of this month. We are in our early 20's and first time home buyers, so we had no idea what we were doing, what we should look for, or where to start. I was connected through Zillow with buyer's agent Kristin Borgstrand at Tammy Mitchell Hines & Co in the early stages of the home buying process. Kristin was professional yet personable when walking us through the home buying process. She was always available when we were wanting to see homes. She was quickly responsive to our questions, which there were a lot of, and she made my husband and I feel comfortable every step of the way. We found our beautiful first home within the time frame we needed to and it wouldn't have been possible without Kristin. She is amazing at what she does and makes you feel like you are her only client. If I could recommend her a million times over, I would!

ZillowVERIFIED Before working with Tammy Mitchell Hines, we worked with an agent through a different company and had a very negative experience. Our experience with Tammy Mitchell Hines was the complete opposite!! We listed with them in February, and our house was sold in less than three weeks! We had around 15 showings. Their advertising is top-notch! We worked with Jane and Erin, and they made the buying and selling process a breeze. We were so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and we knew they had our best interests at heart. Being able to use the moving truck was an added bonus. Thank you Tammy Mitchell Hines for a great experience, and we will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Jane Kolmer, General Manager, was our Agent and really deserves high praise. She priced our home right and sold it basically for our asking price within 30 days. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes and worked with many Agents and Real Estate Companies over the years. None of them could hold a candle to Jane Kolmer and the staff at Tammy & Mitchell Hines Company. DHF

ZillowVERIFIED I have to say that Kristin is the most amazing real estate agent I have ever met and worked with. (I'm older and have bought and sold 8 different homes as an adult). She is extremely organized and efficient. She showed me 25 homes in just a couple of weeks. Every single time, she had the paperwork for each printed out and clipped in order of how we were seeing them. Kristin is so well-suited for her career. Her ability to be completely professional, seriously explaining the good in a house and area and also looking for possible bad issues in a house and where it is, is really so great. Then she can turn on a dime and say something hilarious that cracked me up. I found that whole package very charming and easy to work with. Kristin was also patient and made herself available whenever a new listing came up she thought I would like. She genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for me, and she made me feel like I was her only client, which of course I was not. Tammy Mitchell Hines truly has a gem in Kristin! ??

ZillowVERIFIED Erin and the team at Tammy Mitchell Hines and Co made the complex home purchase process stress-free and enjoyable. My family moved from another state and were unfamiliar with the area. Erin arrived professionally the first morning with a daily itinerary for our search. She was knowledgeable and able to help us understand each community we searched. She quickly understood differing interests of both my wife and myself and made recommendations based upon our feedback. Based upon her understanding of our preferences, she suggested we take a look at one last house before we make a decision aEUR" that house was aEURoethe oneaEUR?. She calmly helped us navigate the overwhelming process of working towards the closing. Through Erins guidance, we were able transform a potentially stressful process into something memorable.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and her office staff are excellent to work with. I highly recommend them if you are buying or selling a home. Tammy helped my husband and I buy our first house 15 years ago. My father in law was looking for a home a few years ago and one of the agents at Tammy's office helped to find him one also.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy sold our Millstadt, IL house in less than a week for only 1% less than asking price. How can you beat that? Tammy was very professional and helpful, as were her staff that we encountered along the way. The free use of their moving van for life was a completely unexpected and welcome perk. I don't anyone else who offers that. And the Thanksgiving pie that we just picked up was icing on the cake...no pun intended! Thanks, Tammy and staff!

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic organization that really cares for their clients. The team was professional. The team knew their market well. From assisting in procuring financing to negotiating with our builder, we were always well informed, in the loop, and confident that the team had our best interest at heart. We will use the realty firm again should we be in the market to purchase another home in the St Louis Metro East Region.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Tammy Mitchell Hines. John Sanders was our realtor and he was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and, probably more important than anything, exceedingly responsive. He'd always get back to my wife or I almost immediately. I cannot overstate how much we appreciated that. And since our home purchase, the company has been so helpful and flexible in letting us use the moving truck when needed (this is tremendous perk from using your company, great idea on this). Thank you so much, Happy Thanksgiving!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house through Tammy Mitchell Hines. She is so personable and always has a smile on her face. She made the buying process quick and easy. Tammy is very knowledgeable and gives more perks than any other real estate agent by far. Since we bought our home, she has sent my kids coupons for free ice cream for their birthday every year. For Thanksgiving, she collects can goods in exchange for big, fresh pies, and you can use their box truck when you need to. It's more than anyone can ask for. Even when the buying/selling process is over, she still finds ways to make you feel valued. I wouldn't recommend any other real estate team.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy personally helped us look for a new home. After touring many, there was always some things we liked about each one and some things we didn't like about each one. Finally, she said that we would probably be more satisfied by taking the best ideas from all the houses, putting them together, buying a lot and building our own dream home. That is exactly what we did and love the decision! Tammy could have made much more money selling us an existing house but put our satisfaction above her commission. Very glad we had someone so dedicated to making her clients happy. PS: She sold our old home in less than a month.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy helped us sell our home and buy another at the same time in 2011. What could have been a very stressful time was a smooth and easy transition from our beloved former home to a lovely home that had everything we had on our list of "wants". Not only was Tammy and Co. great with all the things that needed to be done for both our sale and buying of our homes but they have kept in touch over the years making sure we are still happy in our new home. Tammy and her staff are very pleasant and professional but they feel like good friends. Thanks Tammy and all . We still love our "new" home.
