After using another realtor to find my first house I had realized that personality matching was a huge factor in the process, if not the most important. Charla showed a house to me and my wife once before, but things just didnt work out the first time with getting a house in Lancaster. The second time around we knew we had to go with Charla. She is a very nice person all around, and not pushy whatsoever. Her many years of experience has given her the knowledge to maintain a steady pace, but neither too fast or too slow. I am grateful for this because it helped me maintain confidence in her throughout the buying process. Also, she will reply to your texts on the same day. If I tried to find one thing wrong with the way she does business, I honestly couldnt. She was a perfect match for our needs and never once said she didnt know the answer to any of our questions. To top it all off, her office had a moving truck we could use for two whole days.
