ZillowVERIFIEDI recently had the pleasure of working with Charla to sell our home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Charla was professional. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Charla came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate ? they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of ? from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Charla demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or required more information on a particular property, they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

ZillowVERIFIED Charla and her team were knowledgeable and fast-moving! When I reached out, they were there next date, breaking down the process and explaining how everything worked. Theyve got it running very smoothly; within days, professional pictures were taken, the property was listed and visits were being coordinated. Charla kept me posted with all of the details and reviewed the offers with me. She honest about what made sense and what didnt for my situation and it obviously didnt take long to sell. Charla and her team did a great job presenting/marketing the property. In addition she was very available with weekly follow ups. ZillowVERIFIED Charla Gonzales and her associate, Dennis Lopez have been phenomenal! They worked diligently to market and sell our house, without simply dropping the price! The house bad solar panels, which meant that needed to get the buyers not only qualified for a loan program, but also had to get them qualified to assume the account for the Solar company!!! This they did without a hitch or glitch. We appreciate how they did what they told us that they would do!
