Three other offers were also at play, but with the clean and clear terms that Michelle drafted up, we ultimately came out on top. She and Triniti got the best deal for me and I am so appreciative. Additionally, the escrow process was fast and smooth. With this being my first home purchase, I was a bit nervous and had a lot of questions before the process started, but all of my questions and concerns answered and my worries put to rest.
