Michelle is hands down the best realtor in Santa Clarita. We used her to sell our house during the holidays when "no one buys houses" and she did it! 50 days on the market with 5 offers, a backup offer and 2 open houses. We were closed with escrow and money in hand! That felt incredibly fast to me. We even had a deal fall through in escrow and she just kept going for us and got it done with another set of buyers. She works hard for every one of her clients while also making you feel like you're her only client. I never felt like she didn't have time for a question, worry or any other feeling that comes up when selling a home. It's a stressful process but Michelle's knowledge and positive attitude was so wonderful to have on your side. I wish I had another house to sell so I could work with her again. Her whole team is so professional and amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. There are so many realtors and brokers out there, but Michelle is truly extraordinary.
