Additionally, the escrow process was fast and smooth. With this being my first home purchase, I was a bit nervous and had a lot of questions before the process started, but all of my questions and concerns answered and my worries put to rest. ZillowVERIFIED Michelle is hands down the best realtor in Santa Clarita. We used her to sell our house during the holidays when "no one buys houses" and she did it! 50 days on the market with 5 offers, a backup offer and 2 open houses. We were closed with escrow and money in hand! That felt incredibly fast to me. We even had a deal fall through in escrow and she just kept going for us and got it done with another set of buyers. She works hard for every one of her clients while also making you feel like you're her only client. I never felt like she didn't have time for a question, worry or any other feeling that comes up when selling a home. It's a stressful process but Michelle's knowledge and positive attitude was so wonderful to have on your side. I wish I had another house to sell so I could work with her again. So we were surprised when we suddenly moved across country to the east coast. We initially had another realtor representing us and as I was driving across country out in the middle of nowhere, in my minivan loaded down with kids and our belongings, I got a call from my first realtor.
