Sycamore Realtors

From the first day I met Joe I knew he was going to be a fantastic realtor! He greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions as I navigated moving from Roanoke, VA to the New River Valley. He helped me find the perfect townhouse at a price that fits my budget. Joe, was kind and patient at every turn of events during this process! You will not be disappointed if you reach out to Joe if you are looking to buy or sell a home. He is genuine and I trust he will help find the best home for you and your family.

Joe is an excellent person to come across when buying a house. He is a genuine sincere person rather than a pushy fake salesperson, and I feel really comfortable in his presence and trust his advice and perspective.Knowledgeable about the local area and skilled in the profession, Joe is not only friendly and nice, but has a ton of patience (putting up with my indecisiveness in buying the right place, and showing me a lot of different homes). Thanks Joe!

Joe Racek provided persistent, professional, and friendly service in helping us find a good fit in the Blacksburg real estate market. His down to earth outlook blended with his knowledgeable practical experience resulting in a very satisfactory experience all the way around.

Joe was great! We loved working with him and would be happy to recommend him. He went to the homes we wanted to see and took a great video and sent them to us. He was timely and gave good advice when we were making an offer. ..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
