I met Suzanne simply because she had most of the houses I was interested in listed, called her and warned her that not only was I probably not going to buy but that I also had 4 friends who wanted to tag along. It didnt discourage her as she arrived Monday am with 13 houses to show. Very knowledgeable without being pushy at all.
