It didnt discourage her as she arrived Monday am with 13 houses to show. Very knowledgeable without being pushy at all. Despite our entry level budget and not much on the market, she found several properties that met our expectations. When we finally selected the perfect property for us, Suzanne handled all the negotiations confidently and professionally. We ran into many roadblocks along way (the need to change lenders mid-stream, changes in appraised value, closing date, etc.) and Suzanne continually looked out for our best interests ... even interrupting a European vacation to give us daily status updates. ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne helped me both buying and selling homes in 2013. Suzanne first mentioned to me a house that she had been showing that she thought was tremendously under-valued. I asked her to show it to me and after viewing agreed with her opinion of its value. It was a bank forclosure. She masterfully guided me through the bidding and negotiation process, and I was successful in purchasing the house. I was amazed when I received the local tax authority's appraisal of the value of the house as they appraised it 33% higher than the purchase price. Suzanne's sharp eye for value and expertise in negotiating forclosure properties lead me to realize a quarter of a million dollar profit by simply purchasing the house.Next, we placed another house which I had renovated on the market. Susanne advised me how to furnish and stage the property so as to receive its highest sale value. She expertly researched the market and set the asking price at its highest realizable value. At all times in the process, she respected my wish to receive the highest possible cash value from the sale. She expertly marketed the property and even directed two open house viewings, which allowed her to receive feedback from other realtors as to their perception of the value of the property. Suzanne expertly directed me through three failed attempts of buyers to perform on their contract offers to purchase the property. Finally a buyer from one of her open house sessions successfully closed on the property. Suzanne's persistent work in over 30 showings paid off. The house, which was not easy to sell, sold for cash. The cash which I received in the sale replaced the cash I expended in the fist purchase less 55,000.00: virtually an even trade.Suzanne lead me through a great trade which resulted in a 33% profit. She is by far the best real estate representative that I have ever deat with. She has all the tools and local knowledge necessary. A truly gifted professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Suzanne was a truly enjoyable experience. Although my wife and I knew we wanted a home in KW we knew very little about the local market, neighborhoods and culture. Ms Moore picked us up at the airport on two or three different occasions and spent full days taking us around to more than thirty homes while providing a complete KW education. She carefully listened to our feedback on each of the homes we visited and then used that information to adjust the listings going forward. We changed our price range several times, wanted to see more and more homes and there was absolutely no pressure to make a premature decision. She clearly knows her stuff, the market and people.
