Stutesman's Action Realty

We were recommended to use Scott when we were looking at buying a house. We were told that he would work hard us. And WOW were they right! One of the things that really stood out to us about Scott from the very beginning was when he showed us the house ,his bubbly, friendly and positive personality made it fun! He didnt just "show the house", he made it to where we could imagine ourselves living there! Scott always answered any questions we had and was always easy to get ahold of when we need anything. We are very grateful for how hard Scott worked to get us our new house! We 100% hands down will always recommend Scott to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!!

Scott was very helpful and patience with doing our paperwork, He took over for us and made everything easy and simple for us Scott was a great listener. I'm So glad he was our relator.

Scott is hands down the best in the business. He has sold and helped us purchase 3 homes in the past 4 years and we would never use anyone else. He's fantastic at communication and is always transparent about everything. Scott is not a salesman who is just trying to sell a house- he is a person invested in your well-being and wants the best for you and your family by finding you the perfect home. He was such a blessing!! Thank you for everything Scott!!!

We found Scott while shopping for a house in south east Kansas. We appreciated his openness and honesty so much that we not only bought with him, but had him sell our KC metro home for us as well. Scott worked 24/7 for us in the crazy KC selling market and through the FSBO confusion we purchased. He is equally adept as a buying or selling agent. If you DONT want a shifty real estate agent, Scott is your man!

Scott did an awesome job! He was knowledgeable in helping us prepare for putting the house on the market. He was always available when we had questions. Our house sold quickly despite a cooling of the market in large part due to his diligence. I would highly recommend him!
