ZillowVERIFIED Sloppy! In every way! Found a house I loved, with so many hopes and dreams. Scott presented me w/a aEURoesellers disclosureaEUR? that was 10 years old. I never noticed how outdated it was until after the fact. Scott wrote a contract for me on the house I wanted, w/o a contingency. It never should have been written or signed w/o a aEURoecontingency aEURoe. He frequently would text me that everything would work out....... (lied) Needless to say, everything went south, Scott bailed on me (contact & communication). His boss tried to clean up the mess. A sorry mess. Sloppy! Although, he does love to talk about himself.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott was absolutely wonderful to work with! Inquired about a house on a whim and he immediately responded to it and I saw it that day! I fell in love with the house that the very next day I showed my parents that house, one more day later we were working on getting the papers to start the process of buying that house! The whole process was super fast and super easy! He's not like some realtors where they are only after your money, he wants to make sure everything is just how you want it to be no matter how small! After buying the house I realized some of the items that needed to be fixed on the house either weren't fixed or broke again. I contacted Scott (after all the signing so he really didn't have to help) and he immediately got in touch with the right person to fix the issue with the house! I would 100% recommend him to anyone buying a house!

If I found a place i was interested in Scott thoroughly inspected the property showing me both the pros and cons so I had the complete picture of what I was buying.
