Eric helped me and my family find the perfect home for our upcoming move to Colorado Springs. Moving from Philadelphia and having limited ability to see properties in person made this process more difficult than usual. Eric went above and beyond, going as far as visiting potential properties for us and taking video to give us the best possible information to make our decision. Once we arrived he was able to expeditiously show us all the potetnital properties in the first afternoon of our visit enabling us to move ahead with the process quite quickly and begin the planning phase of our move right away. Eric is an outstanding real estate agent. He is personable, knowledgeable, always available, and a pleasure to spend time with. In addition to finding us the perfect home with minimal effort on our part, he is an outstanding guide to the community. He was able to give us a great feel for our neighborhood and understood the important details of the education system in Colorado Springs. The entire process could not have been more enjoyable.

Stuart Scott, Ltd has provided us with extraordinary service and care many times. In March of 2011 they helped us with the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. This was our second experience working with them and we were once again impressed by everyones professionalism, warm and friendly demeanor, expertise and follow up.We were nervous about selling and buying at the same time, however Eric Scott and his great team made it seem effortless and both transactions were timed and executed seamlessly. We truly could not be more pleased with how everything went.
