While having been familiar with Colorado Springs for a long time, I was eager to start the home-buying process. I was recently married and my husband and I were looking for the right home to start a family. We spent several weeks talking with Eric about properties in the area and were updated daily on new listings in the market. While some were not the perfect fit, we were encouraged to be thoughtful in our search and not settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted for our budget, lifestyle, and future. Eric spent a lot of time taking us all over town to explore several areas and neighborhoods so we could find our home. Since we are local, we only had nights and weekends to look at options.
