Denise has been an overall positive/helpful experience to us for our out of state move back to PA. She's someone who we felt like we got to know and trust with all of the questions and concerns that came about. She was also nice about letting us know about things we didn't know we needed to ask about. We haven't bought a home in five years (plus way out of state) so having someone who's been in the local game for years helped us to negotiate and request what we wouldn't have felt comfortable asking for otherwise. Denise always responds to questions or requests within minutes & quickly sends & processes all electronic paperwork. She knows the business well enough to make suggested improvements to make a property more appealing to buyers. Within a week of letting her know we were ready to list, photos were taken, listing was posted, open house was held, & offer was received. She researched the local market & advised a higher listing price than we or she initially planned. She was excellent at promptly negotiating with the buyers to achieve a fair deal, willing to spend the time & stand firm on the already agreed upon price. To top it off, she always has a cheerful demeanor. We have used her as a listing agent twice for our parents home sales Definitely our Go To realtor!
