ZillowVERIFIED We found the house of our dreams while on vacation in the OBX. The house was in Hershey, tons of investors interested, we wouldn't be back for a few days and worried it would be gone. We called Tim, set up the showing for Sunday morning when we would be back. Put an offer in Monday morning and it was accepted within hours. He told us we would want a 203k loan, something we never heard of. He explained the process and how it worked. Because we went with his 203k plan we were able to get all the work that needed done immediately to the house AND the pool completely overhauled. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor by helping to coordinate paperwork with our broker. When we couldn't get answers, Tim handled it. He offered solutions to every obstacle we faced without skipping a beat and was very positive and encouraging throughout the process when we were ready to give up. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell. He's upfront about everything, great at negotiating, and is a walking book of real estate knowledge. I can't think of a single negative thing to criticize or critique over the course of 6 weeks (and we talked A LOT). Thanks for all of your time and effort Tim!
