Michelle and Jim are an amazing team. This is my 4th home and I have never had an experience like I did with team Nelson. Coming from New York I truly did not have much knowledge of the area. After some simple fact gathering they set me up with a portal of available listing so I was update on potential properties I could be interested in. After several months of research we made arrangements to visit Arizona. Michelle and Jim are very knowledgable about the area and within less than an hour they were able to quickly grasp what properties we would be interested in. They took the time and had great patience to show us many houses. Within 2 days we found our perfect home. Michelle has an excellent eye for detail. She was able to quickly identify and point out items she knew were important to us. Jim was our closer. Once we decided to pursue this home we sat with the listing agents and Jim swiftly took over for me. This team makes the buying process seamless. They in my opinion go above and beyond what most realtors do. I have many years of dealing with realtors not only on a personal level but also in my business. Too many times I came across clients that had virtually no idea of all the details of their real estate transaction. There were many times that I said to myself, where is your realtor??? Realtors are suppose to represent you and mostly importantly be right by your side in this large venture. My real estate transaction went smoothly. Let me say it once again, Michelle and Jim are an amazing team. They dont forget about you after the transaction is completed like many will. I feel as though I am very fortunate to find them as not only trusted advisors but as friends.
